Orientation
is MANDATORY and always on the first working day of the month.
You will report to your preceptor on the second working day of the month.
Due to variable preceptor availability, requests will be accepted,
but CANNOT be guaranteed.
You are not permitted to take Required Ambulatory Medicine away.
Small group sessions during the month (Medicine & Epidemiology) are MANDATORY.
You may not take time off for your USMLE during Required Medicine, these absences WILL NOT be excused.
Time off for interviewing (a maximum of 2 days) must be cleared with the Course Director/Coordinator prior to the beginning of the clerkship.
Not offered in December, March or May.
