MOTIVATE Fees

The MOTIVATE clinic provides a comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation of addictions and an evidence-based treatment program that combines medication and cognitive behavioral therapy twice weekly for 12 weeks of treatment (24 visits). The fee schedule for the evaluation and treatment program is listed below. We do not accept insurance.

Comprehensive medical and psychiatric addiction evaluation and treatment recommendations: $1,500, due at the beginning of the initial visit.

Twelve week, twice-weekly outpatient treatment program: $4,000 due at the beginning of the initial visit.
