Artist: Mack Womack

Mack Womack is the Clinical Coordinator for the Gulf States Hemophilia and Thrombophilia Center. He has been in this position since 1991, first as an employee of Hermann Hospital and then as an employee of the University of Texas as of the year 2000. A clinical R.N., he works with children and adults with congenital bleeding disorders, primarily those with hemophilia. He graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1978 and from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, School of Nursing in 1980. Having enjoyed photography since high school, Mack likes to get out into the countryside and photograph portraits of Texas wildflowers and Texas scenery.
